- Historic Hotel Bethlehem is bringing back its Roaring ‘20s Ball
- This is the first time since the coronavirus pandemic
- Tickets are $299 per couple
Historic Hotel Bethlehem is paying homage to its roots with its first Roaring ‘20s Ball since the coronavirus pandemic.
The crown jewel of Bethehem's Main Street replaced the Eagle Hotel in 1922 thanks to Bethlehem Steel President Charles M. Schwab. He wanted to create a modern, 200-room fireproof hotel.
The ball is meant to take you back to a different era and will be held in the hotel’s Great Gatsby-like ballroom. “It’s an incredibly immersive experience,” said Kelly Ronalds, director of Room Sales and Guest Experiences in a news release.
The ball is planned for 5-10 p.m. on March 25. Tickets are $299 per couple, and Ronalds said they are going fast.
The night includes a cocktail hour with speakeasy-inspired drinks and hors d’oeuvres, as well as an open bar.
Dinner is three courses with a Caesar salad and Parmesan crisp, a choice of entrée and an upside-down pineapple cake and cherries jubilee at a flambé dessert station.
The Dolcetto Trio and Josh Gilgoff’s Roaring ‘20s Band are scheduled to provide entertainment.
“This is going to be a night to remember,” said Ronalds. “You don’t want to miss it.” For more information or to make a reservation, call 877-327-9402.
