BETHLEHEM, Pa. — All you music fans are pretty much in the same boat: You're trying to recover from Christmas spending, but you still want to buy concert tickets.
ArtsQuest can help you with that.
From 10 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. today, Friday, Jan. 10, ArtsQuest is observing No Fees Friday — meaning tickets purchased online today include none of those fees annoyingly tacked onto sales.
"Whether you’re planning to rock out, groove or discover something new, this is your chance to start your concert-going year and more art and cultural experiences on the right note."ArtsQuest, in a release
For example, a top-priced $99 ticket for country star Darius Rucker at Musikfest on Aug. 3 normally would come with a $10 service fee, a $8.50 Musikfest venue fee and an $1 ticket vendor fee.
So normally, you'd pay $19.50 in fees (a 19.7% upcharge) per ticket. But not today.
The sale is for online sales only.
It extends to Musikfest headliner concerts (excluding Megan Moroney, Riley Green and Steel Terrace tickets), Musikfest Café shows, and comedy shows and classes.
Also, Winter Winefest and Market, Spring Beerfest and even tickets to Frank Banko Alehouse Cinemas.
"Whether you’re planning to rock out, groove or discover something new, this is your chance to start your concert-going year and more art and cultural experiences on the right note," ArtsQuest said in a release.
"Don’t miss out — make your 2025 resolution to get out and experience more incredible live art experiences."
There are other restrictions. It's only while supplies last, and is not valid on previously purchased tickets (or refunds). It also can't be combined with any additional discounts or offers.
Taxes still apply.
