ALLENTOWN, Pa. — Three Lehigh Valley music acts have been chosen as the first performers who will ever take the stage at the new Archer Music Hall, it has been revealed.
The Sam Houseal Band, Highest Bidder and Sakura Ryoko will perform at a previously announced preview night for the new venue at a previously announced paid-ticket preview night.
The new music venue at 939 Hamilton St. in downtown Allentown, will hold the Community Preview Night at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 6, the venue posted on its website.

That will be two days before the venue opens March 8 with its first scheduled concert by Cavalera, a gold-record-selling metal band from Brazil.

Archer Music Hall said in a Facebook post that "100% of the proceeds of the face value of tickets sold for this event will be donated to the Allentown School District Foundation."
The artists
The Sam Houseal Band is a Lehigh Valley-based folk/Americana quintet that performs original music from the band's namesake.
It released a 2023 EP "Out of the Rain."

Highest Bidder is an instrumental R&B/chill pop trio from the
Lehigh Valley.
Both the Sam Houseal Band and Highest Bidder will perform the Archer's main room.
Sakura Ryoko,a Lehigh Valley music producer/artist/DJ who plays pop, hip-hop/R&B, Latin and more, will perform in the venue's smaller The Arrow room.
