Venue set to open March 8
Archer last week announced 20 concerts as its initial lineup, covering a broad range of styles including jazz, punk rock, pop and more.
Shows at The Archer will kick off with gold-selling Brazilian metal band Cavalera on March 8.
The 31,000-square-foot music hall “will attract a diverse slate of touring artists to the Lehigh Valley,” Live Nation has said.
Archer, with its 1,600-capacity main performance space and 500-capacity venue called Arrow inside, has said it will present three or four shows by national touring acts each week.
Officials have said Archer could sell more than 240,000 tickets a year. That would make it one of the busiest clubs of its size in the United States.
