Local foodies, tune in: Hellertown-Lower Saucon Restaurant Week starts Sunday

HELLERTOWN-LOWER SAUCON TWP., Pa. — As the weather heats up, so do the kitchens at many of our favorite places to eat.

Dine local, eat well and maybe try something new this Sunday through Thursday, July 14-20, as the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce announces its Hellertown-Lower Saucon Restaurant Week.

Participating restaurants currently include:

  • Art Cafe (3610 Route 378, Bethlehem, PA 18015)
  • Braveheart Highland Pub (430 Main St., Hellertown, PA 18055)
  • Crossroads Hotel (1443 Main St., Hellertown, 18055)
  • Drip — The Flavor Lab (1310 Main St., Hellertown, PA 18055)
  • Jersey Mike’s (1862 Leithsville Rd., Hellertown, PA 18055)
  • Springtown Inn (3258 Main St., Springtown, PA 18081)
  • Vassi’s Drive-In (1666 Main St., Hellertown, PA 18055) 
  • Wings on Main (605 Main St., Hellertown, PA 18055)
  • Yianni’s Taverna (3760 Old Philadelphia Pike, Bethlehem, PA 18015)

Among the various offerings, Braveland Highland Pub is pitching a free sticky toffee pudding with the purchase of a Scottish entrée; Springtown Inn will have three-course options for $30 per person; and pay $25 for two sandwiches and one appetizer at Wings on Main, dine-in or takeout.

The Chamber says the event marks “a celebration of our local culinary talent and a testament to the strong community spirit that makes our area special.”

“Whether you’re a food enthusiast eager to explore new flavors or simply looking to enjoy a delightful meal with family and friends, Restaurant Week promises something for everyone,” reads a Thursday news release from the Chamber.
