WHITEHALL TWP., Pa. — The Cheesecake Factory is gearing up to make its mark on the Lehigh Valley's culinary landscape.
- The Cheesecake Factory is set to establish its inaugural restaurant at the Lehigh Valley Mall, introducing over 250 menu items
- Job listings for skilled restaurant and kitchen managers have been posted on The Cheesecake Factory's official website
- Outback Steakhouse, an Australian-inspired restaurant, is also joining the mall lineup
As the restaurant prepares to open, job listings seeking skilled restaurant and kitchen managers have already surfaced on the chain's official website.
“NEW LOCATION OPENING!!” the job post reads.
While the exact opening date hasn't been released, the restaurant is slated to open in late 2023, according to the Lehigh Valley Mall. It is going to take up more than 8,900 square feet for indoor dining and over 1,200 square feet for patio dining.
So far, there hasn’t been any additional information provided by the restaurant chain. Representatives from The Cheesecake Factory also have not responded to requests for comment.
Outback Steakhouse and other food options
In addition to The Cheesecake Factory, Lehigh Valley Mall is also welcoming Outback Steakhouse, an Australian-inspired restaurant.
On March 14, Whitehall Township supervisors gave Outback Steakhouse the green light for a restaurant in the parking lot at the Lehigh Valley Mall.
The steak house will feature a 4,000-square-foot dining room located at 1300 Grape St. That area in the parking lot adjacent to the mall's entrance is currently unoccupied.
Local diners will find breaded Bloomin’ Onion appetizer, Outback’s signature dish, and seasoned steaks, chicken, ribs, seafood and pasta at the restaurant.
The two restaurant chains are being added to the Lehigh Valley Mall’s already bustling food scene, which include the following establishments:
