WHITEHALL TWP., Pa. — A children's clothing chain that calls itself "the most trusted baby apparel brand" announced Thursday it will open a store in Lehigh Valley Mall.
Carter’s Inc., the leading apparel company for babies and young children, said it will open a 3,200 square-foot store at the mall at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 27.
The store will be on the mall's second level, between GameStop and Hot Topic, near the Macy's anchor store.
Hours will be 11 a.m.– 7 p.m. Sundays, 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Mondays–Thursdays, 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Fridays and 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Saturdays.
The store will "feature a full range of on-trend, affordable baby and children’s clothing for preemie to size 14, gifts and accessories from Carter’s house of brands," the chain said in a release.
Those brands include Carter’s, OshKosh B’gosh, Little Planet and Skip Hop.
Carter’s, headlined in Atlanta, is known for delivering "stylish apparel with comfort and value at its core, making it the most trusted kids brand for seven generations of parents," according to the release.
"We're excited to bring Carter’s to the Whitehall, Pennsylvania, community," chain Senior Director of Go-to-Market & Retail Marketing Paul Rabaut said.
"With our signature quality, value and on-trend styles, we’re making it easier than ever for parents to find everything they need for their growing families — all in one place."

Grand opening giveaway
To celebrate the grand opening, the store will hold a give-away event when the store opens at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 12.
The first 50 customers in line will get a gift card worth up to $100. Official giveaway rules can be found by visiting the new store's website, which has not been activated yet.
