Just around the corner from Main and Broad streets in Bethlehem, Darto's has operated at the same 46 W. North St. location for more than 40 years.

BETHLEHEM, Pa. — Darto's, a longtime brunch staple in Center City, will be closing shop on March 15, according to Terry Hahn, the property's listing agent with Boutique One Properties.

Just around the corner from Main and Broad streets, Darto's has operated at the same location, 46 W. North St., for more than 40 years.

It's been known for its affordable, classic morning and lunchtime offerings of pancakes, cheesesteaks and more.

"It's also familiar knowledge that we are in the process of negotiating a lease for the space, not the name."

"It's also familiar knowledge that we are in the process of negotiating a lease for the space, not the name," Hahn told LehighValleyNews.com on Friday.

He added that the space will at some point be home to another restaurant not associated with Darto’s, but more information is forthcoming.

Current restaurant owners Michael and Stephanie Dartouzos have plans to retire, they have said.

The restaurant property was on the market for more than five months.
