UPPER MACUNGIE TWP., Pa. — Take a look at our latest save and how she arrived unconscious in a box, and how she’s doing now.
Clover came to us having seizures every 2 hours.
She was so close to being euthanized but we decided to give it our best shot to see if we could save her.
It turns out she most likely ingested some sort of drugs.
After spending the night at the ER she went the next day back to the vet to have liver testing done and repeat bloodwork.
We're happy to announce that once the toxins got out of her system she made a complete recovery.
And she’s now a very naughty, crazy bundle of energy: just the happiest, sweetest pup there is.
Forty-eight hours of worry, stress and zero sleep were certainly worth it.
Clover just went to a foster home where she is running and playing with their other dog.
Thank you to all of the people who donated to help pay her medical bills.
Minnow caught his forever family
After seven months at the Sanctuary, we are beyond thrilled to announce that our boy Minnow has been ADOPTED!
And he has come so far in the time he's been with us.
From being scared and scheduled for euthanasia at another shelter to the most lovable boy who gives the best kisses.
We are so proud of him!
And a huge thank you to his wonderful new mamas who gave this boy his forever home!!!!
Happy tails Minnie boy, we can’t wait to see your pupdates!
