Reporter Phil Gianficaro tells Megan about 20-year-old Aiden Hess and his chronic autoimmune kidney disorder. The medical condition has significantly impacted the Hess family's life and they're urgently looking for a donor kidney.
Phil said he checked in with the family after the story ran on Dec. 22 and Aiden's mother said almost 60 people have since reached out.
As for Aiden? Phil could only describe him as upbeat. Listen below to learn more about Aiden's story.

This year's 109th Pennsylvania Farm Show theme is Powering Pennsylvania. Grace joined environment and science reporter Molly Bilinski — who also put together a Lehigh Valley guide to the farm show — on Wednesday for the full experience.
"It's a nod to agriculture's important place in the Commonwealth's economy," Grace told Megan.
