BETHLEHEM, Pa. — Join Megan Frank every Friday at 9:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. for Insights with LehighValleyNews.com on WLVR.

Each week she’s joined by reporters to talk about the stories they’ve been following. These journalists are experts in their beats and offer you a greater understanding of the stories they’re working on.

Bethlehem City Council voted unanimously for a new All-Terrain Vehicle and Dirt Bike ordinance. The ordinance will be up for another reading before a final vote determines if it goes on the books.

Reporter Will Oliver joins Megan and fills her in on what’s included in the ordinance.

Will also tells us what the Bethlehem Parking Authority has been UP to. (Mostly raising prices.)

Digital News Content Producer Makenzie Christman makes her Insights debut! Makenzie talks to Megan about a local man’s journey from army veteran, to massage therapist to Rolfing practitioner.

Rolfing is a massage technique that emerged in the 1970s.

There are only 15 Rolfers in the state of Pennsylvania, and Jared Skinner is one of them. Find out more about him on this week’s Insights.
