The Allentown Fire Department has a new training center and its first ever emergency operations center. The building was dedicated to the department’s late retired assistant chief Christopher Kiskeravage.

His daughter Kathryn is a registered nurse in Lehigh Valley Health Network's burn unit, and his youngest son Alexander is an officer in the Allentown Police Department.
