HARRISBURG, Pa. — The state Transportation Department has announced that all driver license and photo centers, including its full-service center in Harrisburg, will be closed Wednesday, June 19, in observance of the Juneteenth holiday.

“Juneteenth is a day to commemorate emancipation and the steps we've taken towards freedom,” PennDOT said in a news release.
