Folks of older age and those with mobility troubles may already have enough of a hard time getting where they need to go, so a local panel is brainstorming how to get federal funding to make day-to-day transportation a smoother ride for them.

Developer City Center is planning a two-story school featuring about 200,000 square feet of space, with an athletics field, along the west side of the sprawling property.

Wilson Borough Council granted preliminary and final approval with conditions for the Easton Commerce Park project Monday, with traffic being the biggest point of concern among the council and crowd.

A 27-year-old driver from New York was charged with homicide by vehicle and related crimes in connection with the death of 67-year-old Susan Henderson, of Norristown, state police said. It happened on Hecktown Road in Lower Nazareth Township on Tuesday.
